Users - getOutputStream() has already been called for this response

I always got this error message, when use
UtilHttp.streamContentToBrowser(), or java code written by myself.
However the system worked properly, I got what I expected.

I did some google search, looks like it's the problem many people
encountered, but most of time is because both servlet and jsp try to
call getOutputStream from response. It doesn't seem to be case in ofbiz.

Any one knows the solution?
