Users - what does this line say in a ftl file

Can I get the description for the line.
What this line says?

Purani,

It is a user-defined Freemarker directive. Search the code base for
categoryList to see where it is defined - I am not familiar with it.  
The other test serves as parameters to the call.

It is a freemarker macro.  Should be in the same file.
