I have removed the magic user for the 2d time (I already did once before Hans) and I hope this will stop, else I will have to remove
it everyday :/ Jacques From: "Pranay Pandey" <[hidden email]> > Thanks Hans. > > > Kind Regards > -- > Pranay Pandey > > On Sep 15, 2009, at 11:45 AM, Hans Bakker wrote: > >> User deleted. This is not the good way to to remove that user everyday.
Instead of this we should try to find some option so that we could put the same user in the ignore user list. I am sure there might be some option in confluence to avoid such issues. The person who is sending this kind of information may be a real person or it is someone who is subscribing in confluence using some scheduled program/ software that sends request for subscription in regular interval of time. I think we can ask Atlassian to solve such kind of issues. -- Ashish On Wed, Sep 16, 2009 at 1:00 PM, Jacques Le Roux < [hidden email]> wrote: > I have removed the magic user for the 2d time (I already did once before > Hans) and I hope this will stop, else I will have to remove it everyday :/ > > Jacques > > From: "Pranay Pandey" <[hidden email]> > > Thanks Hans. >> >> >> Kind Regards >> -- >> Pranay Pandey >> >> On Sep 15, 2009, at 11:45 AM, Hans Bakker wrote: >> >> User deleted. Yes, but it would be really easy for him to just change it's name :/
Anyway, it seems that we should "soon" have Confluence on an Apache Server. Maybe they have already a solution for that there. I'd be surprised they have not, anyway we will see... For that according to Tim, but you certainly knows that Ashish, HWM will have some work regarding this migration. Yes I know that migration work is under process - lets see how much time it

Can be moved at any time - but in the meantime is there something that
we need to do while it's hosted at HotWax? Please let me know explicitly what needs to be change and I'll make sure it gets put in place. Right now the version of Confluence that we are running docs.ofbiz.org
on (2.2.10) Does not have any of the user access logging (implemented in 2.5) That would be required to log an IP address to block. We do need to upgrade to 2.10 eventually to move over to the ASF hardware. The only down side is that it _might_ break portions of the theme. I guess it all boils down to if that is ok with the community Thanks, Rob Schapper HotWax Media On Sep 17, 2009, at 5:08 AM, Tim Ruppert wrote: > Can be moved at any time - but in the meantime is there something > that we need to do while it's hosted at HotWax?
