What do you use to support your health daily?

Yamma
Hey everyone, I’ve been thinking a lot about how to maintain good health beyond just eating well and exercising. There’s so much information out there, it gets overwhelming. I’m curious — what do you actually use on a regular basis to help support your health? Do you rely on supplements, natural remedies, or some kind of routine? And how do you decide what’s worth incorporating? I feel like it’s easy to get lost in all the options, so hearing what’s worked for others would be helpful

I tend to keep things simple but effective. Alongside a balanced diet, I usually include some basic supplements that promote overall wellness, like antioxidants and minerals that help with daily functions. For me, consistency matters more than anything — taking these supports over time seems to make a difference. I also stay hydrated and try to get enough sleep because those are fundamentals. Sometimes I mix in natural extracts or herbal blends that people say help with stress and focus, though I’m still learning which ones really make an impact. It’s a bit of trial and error, but listening to your body and tracking how you feel has been key for me in figuring out what to keep using.

I try to be pretty intentional about what I put into my body. I usually focus on supplements that provide real benefits based on science, like ones supporting immune health, energy, and recovery. For example, I’ve found certain proteins and amino acids helpful to support muscle repair after workouts. Also, vitamins that many people don’t get enough of in their diet are something I pay attention to. It’s important to me that these come from reliable sources and have clear lab testing behind them. If anyone wants to explore options with good quality, I’d recommend checking this site — they have a lot of info on different supplements and how they work: https://gentaur.co.uk It’s helped me understand what ingredients to look for and why.
