Exporting NSF Files from Lotus Notes:
Open Lotus Notes:
Launch Lotus Notes on your computer.
Open the NSF File:
Open the NSF file that you want to export.
Select Documents:
In the Lotus Notes application, go to the "File" menu and select "Export."
Choose Export Options:
Select a location to save the exported file.
Choose a file format, preferably "Structured Text" or "Comma Separated Values (CSV)."
Specify a file name and click "Save."
Configure Export Settings:
In the export dialog, choose the specific data you want to export, such as emails, contacts, or calendar entries.
Set any additional export options according to your preferences.
Complete the Export:
Click "OK" to start the export process. The selected data will be exported to the specified file format.
Importing Data into Microsoft Outlook:
Open Microsoft Outlook:
Launch Microsoft Outlook on your computer.
Create a New PST File:
In Outlook, go to "File" > "New" > "Outlook Data File."
Choose "Office Outlook Personal Folders File (.pst)" and click "OK."
Specify a location and a name for the new PST file and set a password if desired.
Import Data into Outlook:
In Outlook, go to "File" > "Import and Export."
Select Import Type:
Choose "Import from another program or file" and click "Next."
Choose File to Import:
Select the file type "Comma Separated Values (CSV)" or the format you used for exporting from Lotus Notes.
Browse and select the exported file.
Map Fields:
If prompted, map the fields from the CSV file to the corresponding Outlook fields.
Complete the Import:
Finish the import process by following the on-screen instructions.
