Open Outlook:
Ensure that your Outlook is configured with the Exchange account associated with the OST file.
Create a New PST File:
In Outlook, go to "File" > "Account Settings" > "Account Settings."
Switch to the "Data Files" tab and click "Add."
Create a new PST file and provide a name for it.
Set the New PST as Default:
Back in the "Data Files" tab, select the new PST file you just created.
Click "Set as Default" to make it the default data file.
Close and Reopen Outlook:
Close and reopen Outlook to apply the changes.
Drag and Drop Items:
Go to the mailbox associated with the OST file.
Select the items you want to move (emails, contacts, etc.).
Drag and drop them into the newly created PST file.
Wait for Synchronization:
Allow some time for the synchronization to complete, especially if you have a large mailbox.
Export Calendar and Contacts:
For calendars and contacts, export them separately to the new PST file.
Go to "File" > "Open & Export" > "Import/Export."
Choose "Export to a file" and follow the wizard to export your calendar and contacts to the new PST file.
