In order to convert the database to PST from offline EDB, you have to download SysInspire EDB to PST converter.
Then choose the EDB file and then select next.
Now, select the EDB files which you are interested in getting exported to PST.
Select the desired scanning mode and scan the presence of error in the EDB file and click Next.
After total scan of the files, select the mailboxes that you want to get extracted to PST.

Converting EDB (Exchange Database) to PST (Personal Storage Table) manually involves several steps and can be a complex process. It's important to note that manual conversion is not recommended for large or complex databases, as it can be time-consuming and error-prone. However, if you still want to attempt manual conversion, here is a general outline of the steps involved:

1. Install the Required Software: To perform the manual conversion, you'll need to install the following software on a Windows computer:
   - Microsoft Exchange Server
   - Microsoft Outlook

2. Create a New Mailbox Database: Open the Exchange Management Console (EMC) and create a new mailbox database to which you'll restore the EDB file. Ensure that the new mailbox database is empty and not actively used for production data.

3. Restore the EDB File: Use the Exchange Management Shell (EMS) or a third-party backup and restore tool to restore the EDB file to the newly created mailbox database. Follow the appropriate procedures for your specific backup and restore solution to restore the EDB file.

4. Mount the Mailbox Database: Once the EDB file is restored, mount the mailbox database in the Exchange Server using the EMC or EMS. Verify that the database is mounted and accessible.

5. Export Mailbox Data to PST: Open Microsoft Outlook on the same computer where the mailbox database is mounted. Create a new Outlook profile and configure it to connect to the Exchange Server. Then, export the desired mailbox data to PST files using the Import and Export wizard in Outlook. You can choose to export individual mailboxes or specific folders.

6. Repeat the Export Process: If you have multiple mailboxes or folders to export, repeat the export process for each mailbox or folder, creating separate PST files.

Note: The manual conversion process outlined above can be time-consuming and may require technical expertise in Exchange Server administration. It is generally recommended to use specialized EDB to PST conversion tools for more efficient and accurate conversion, especially for large or complex databases. These tools can handle various scenarios, such as corrupted databases or selective mailbox extraction, and provide a streamlined conversion process.

Before attempting any manual or automated conversion, it's crucial to ensure you have proper backups of your EDB files to avoid any potential data loss during the conversion process.
