i can not make acomplete order in web pos

i cant make a complete order by web pos and error message appear

org.ofbiz.webapp.event.EventHandlerException: Problems processing event: org.ofbiz.base.util.GeneralException: Did not complete the order, the following occurred:, Order creation failed; please notify customer service. (Did not complete the order, the following occurred:, Order creation failed; please notify customer service.


when i go to order manager i find the order created and approved but notcompleted
