I reviewed your patch, it is ok now. You just forgot to grans ASF licence (check box when attaching patch). But as it was clear because of 1st patch I nevertheless commit a part of your patch. The application part only because due to new PMC policy I lost my right to commit to framework banch.
This part is in OFBiz rev. 502130
So I attach a patch for this part and affect David Jones to this issue to let him know that this patch is OK and should be commited.
