Hi Jacques, Suraj,
We already did it for the ofbiz-framework PRs using the GitHub Actions[1] and for plugins, I shared some alternatives[2] but concluded to skip[3] as we decided to handle it with the Buildbot.
For the current ticket, I can't find any PR related, it seems to me direct commit. I think the Git push hook should have worked.
