Hi Wang,

If you look at my screenshoot you will see that I sucessfully used your example (noteID=10110).
As explained in my last comment , we only not call canonicalizeParameter when we are sure to have a valid URL. It's the only way to keep it intact. If you have a better solution please provide a patch, TIA.
