Right, thanks for your tests, much appreciated!

The 1st case was handled in my 1st patch but I forgot it, easy to fix: start index from 0 instead of 1. The 3rd and last case is a bit harder and need to be generalised, ie disconnect the URL from what may surround it which needs to be canonicalized. I'll work on that soon. If you have other ideas to test please do, TIA
