That's a good question, I think so indeed, for most of them. I'll try to see if some JQL can do that for me (reopen and change component)
While at it I wonder if, and if yes how, the webpos prints, does someone know? I know [~
[hidden email]] has build her own webpos, maybe you can answer Ruth?
