Actually it was done for that. So I'd like to have [~soledad]'s and [~gil portenseigne]'s opinions because this was introduced with OFBIZ-4472. I see 2 alternatives:
* complete the feature to work correctlyh and fixes the issue here
* remove the feature (what about auto-parameters-service?)
If the only trouble is at the UI level I'd prefer to fix the issue rather than to remove the feature
About on-event-update-area, I have not enough time to dig further at the moment.
