Even if after a refactoring there would still be 373-156=215 occurences of <property-to-field, it would be interesting to 1st remove the 156 useless occurences of <property-to-field. Then we could maybe refine using the same pattern, and finally use EntityUtilProperty's getPropertyValue Java implementation inside property-to-field Java implementation.
