Why shouldn't the agreement functionality remain in use? An agreement governs the conditions under which an order can/must be executed between the internal and the supplying party.

I'm not sure if the agreement functionality should still remain in use. The goal is to allow for example the tracking of supplier rewards card perks and having them automatically applied during order entry just as may happen for sales orders.
