This error occurs when the partyId lookup tries to show dropdown at Catalog->Promos->Rules for the action rule:

org.ofbiz.webapp.control.RequestHandlerException: Unknown request [LookupUserLoginAndPartyDetails]; this request does not exist or cannot be called directly.
