I think I catch it!
your error is linked to :
INSERT on table 'VISUAL_THEME_RESOURCE' caused a violation of foreign key constraint 'VT_RES_TYPE_ENUM' for key (VT_CHPWD_TMPLT_LOC
where 'VT_CHPWD_TMPLT_LOC' is a new feature contained in the r1728026 (see previous comment : "The patch is compatible with the release 1728026.")
I think that you try the compressed folder in a previous trunk release.
I commited the theme last night so just try an svn up, ant load-seed and it must work.
