My guidelines for correct dutch come from the following:
* De Taalunie (the Dutch Language Union), see http://taalunie.org
* De Taalunie - woordenlijst, see http://woordenlijst.org/ for correct spelling
* NedTerm - terminology referencees, see http://taalunieversum.org/sectie/nedterm

These are just starting points.
