While I don't think this is complete it's fine for now and support for this in service and other infrastructure will undoubtedly flesh out over time (just like "locale" is supported, for example). Thanks for doing that Jacopo. I thought I had implemented the form widget to exclude all service attributes with ModelParam.internal = true, but I guess not! I don't know... if I didn't do it this way before it may have been because there was some issue with it.
