Bilgin Ibryam commented on OFBIZ-1145:

What is strange behavior (or expected behavior) exactly?

You first click on Login button on the right side and then Log in. That's why you are redirected to login screen instead of main (because you requested to see the login screen). Am i wrong?

Adrian Crum commented on OFBIZ-1145:
------------------------------------

The expected behavior is you should see the application's main page, but instead you see the login screen.

Follow the steps exactly as I described. I just confirmed it still exists.

Jacques Le Roux commented on OFBIZ-1145:
----------------------------------------

Hi BIlgin,

This solves the 2d symptom (The control/main screen will be replaced with the login screen) but not the 1st (Click the Login button on the right side off the application navigation bar (nothing happens)). It seems to me that the 2 login buttons (menu and in box) should have the same behaviour but I'm perhaps missing something here ?

Bilgin Ibryam commented on OFBIZ-1145:

I think the Login button on the right side off the application navigation bar is for requesting the Login screen. And if you click on it while you are in Login screen, you will see again the same screen and it will looks like nothing happens.
But the login button under the username and password fields is for submitting the login details.
I don't know how it was designed at the beginning, but now i think it works as described above...

Jacques Le Roux commented on OFBIZ-1145:
----------------------------------------

Yes, it can be a bit disconcerting but that makes totally sense, since it's the regular behaviour. Just because it's at the right make me wrong, I should have note that it's on the same row as other buttons hence its usage (though from an ergonomic POV it's surely not optimal ;o)

You patch in in trunk rev. 630434

Thanks
