Go to Content -> DataResource -> CreateNew, fill in the Data Resource ID, Data Resource Type (long text), Data Resource Name and mime type (text/html), and then Create the resource.

Now select the HTML tab, the text are will be blank.  Enter some text and press Update.  The error in the subject will appear.
