create wesite in content is confusing.

https://localhost:8443/content/control/EditWebSite
is the link for createwebsite.
you will notice that it has a link for CreateWebsiste and the button says update, instead of created website.
this then goes thru the controller to call a envent simple method to recreated the website.

as an enhancement it should
also It should pull up all the Website context to select which one to use.
allong with a comment if they don't see one then they must configure the web.xml for the website ID they want to use.
