org.ofbiz.base.util.GeneralException: Error running BSH script at [component://order/webapp/ordermgr/WEB-INF/actions/entry/billsettings.bsh]

When going from shipment options to payment I get an error message. Notice that this is a clean checkout except from db switch.

I get no problem but this message : "A problem occurred calculating shipping. Fees will be calculated offline." The order is created and I'm able to quick ship it.

Fixed in rev. 606448, a couple of fields were missing from the OrderPurchasePaymentSummary view entity
