Popup calendar for selecting dates is incorrected formated when using OfBiz using FireFox

When using OfBiz with FireFox webbrowser, the popup FireFox window showing the calendar for selecting/entering dates to a field shows only a section of the full calendar.  I'm currently using FireFox 2.0

Note: Seems to work OK with Internet Explorer 7
