Your files are in OFBiz, revision 438599.
Please when you provide patch files, dont forget to use relative and not absolute pathes, ie
ofbiz/framework/common/ofbiz-component.xml
and not
E:/Eclipse/workspace/ofbiz/framework/common/ofbiz-component.xml
