It is very usefull to have tab with history of the operations (functions) oppend by the user in the opened session.

When the user switch between tabs/function sometimes he get lost when he want to go te previeus task. Example when creating new sales order we crearte the header then we go to create the line and there we need to look at the product details or the enventury and or something else. In this case it is usefull to go back to continue enering the order line in looking on a history tab and choose the function I want to go back to.( in this case order line entry)

Actually this exists in the order manager when you create an order. For that you should use the buttons on the top of the 1st part of the screen (we call each part a servlet in our jargon). It acts has a kind of Wizar funnel. We all agree that the buttons should not be there, and if we are in luck someday someone will change that, maybe you ?

Hi Jacques, thank you a lot for taking time and answer my posts!!  I would like to contribute to this product in from of some work. Actually I am looking for a frame work to start with and put some of my experience into it.. Ofbiz is one of 3 projects  has came into my attention and I do like it. I will check developers documents, hope I will be able to manage to learn it soon and do somework in this project.
