Please see below for details on how to replicate the problem.

Issure reported by Sharan on User mailing list

1. Using the 'admin' login - go to Project Manager
2. Click on any of the demo data projects (eg DemoProject2 Cust2)
3. Click on the 'Resources' sub menu for the project (i.e. the one between
'Orders' and 'Content' and not the main 'Resources' menu for Project
Manager)
4. You will see that none of the party id's for the resources assigned to
the project are displayed but other details such are the roles are.

This issue is fixed in trunk as well as in release branch 0904 on rev no. 768479 & 768482 respectively.
