Steps to produce :
1. Go to partymgr
2. Lookup for any party and go to its profile page
3. Here you will find link for "Orders", which is not working due to security reasons

This error should not occur as this is already been implemented as per needed requirement.
Reference : PartyMenus.xml --> menu-item-name = "searchOrder".

It seems that this has been fixed in trunk and R9.04 as well.

But trying to click on an order in R9.04 (https://demo904.ofbiz.org/ordermgr/control/orderview) I got this error
org.ofbiz.widget.screen.ScreenRenderException: Error rendering screen [component://order/widget/ordermgr/OrderViewScreens.xml#OrderHeaderView]: groovy.lang.MissingPropertyException: No such property: orderItems for class: OrderView (No such property: orderItems for class: OrderView)

I will try to fix it quickly
