Steps:

1) Load demo data
2) Select "Demo Project1 Cust1"
3) Select Content tab
4) In Add Project Content form, browsed for a PDF on my desktop.
5) Leave all other fields with default settings and click Create
6) Message: Upload was successful.

I could not find a link to view or download content.
