Patch to only show organization's custom time periods at trialbalance screen dropdown

Now the time periods of all organizations are showing in the dropdown in the /accounting/control/TrialBalance screen.
This patch adds to the query to only show the custom time periods of the organization which trialbalance screen is shown.
