Actually we need to keep it, for instance it's used for locale and theme choice... BTW It seems to work well there, so maybe another reason (and I need to be more specific about it)

The Milli Seconds lookup issue has been resolved at OFBIZ-3989. The window issue still exists in the 1st lookup in Widget Form Example screen
