Hi,
i have done the code / layout clean up for all themes. Here are the steps which you have to do to update everything

* delete all files which starts with: ui-bg_* and ui-icons_*
- themes/bizznesstime/webapp/bizznesstime/images
- themes/bluelight/webapp/bluelight/images
- themes/droppingcrumbs/webapp/droppingcrumbs/images
- themes/flatgrey/webapp/flatgrey/images
- themes/multiflex/webapp/multiflex/images

(i know that's annoying but we copied the wrong image files into the folders)

* delete /themes/droppingcrumbs/webapp/droppingcrumbs/js/application.js (this file is not used in the droppingcrumb layout)
* extract the zip file and copy the folders under theme/ (the new images)
* apply the patch file

At r1006297, I got an issue with some image files (all are _65 and _22222) that resolved after in r1006302+r1006303
