If you open the DTP (DateTimePicker) and choose a time (i.e. now), close it and open it again, the hours are set to 23. Same while open the DTP and switch (alt+tab) in an other window and switch back again. Appers nearly always.

Hi, checked that in the Example -> Form WidgetExampels but i can't reproduce the error. when reopening the DTP the time (hours) are shown correctly.
Which Ofbiz version do you work with trunk or any other release/ branch.

seems to be fixed in 0.9.3
