This is certainly a good thing for documentation. It might go better in the website/entity-overview.html document. That is one of many files that should eventually go into docs.ofbiz.org, but that can wait for later. We could just patch/change that file for now.

I've added the General Entity Overview to the wiki section of docs.ofbiz.org here: http://docs.ofbiz.org/display/OFBIZ/General+Entity+Overview
and added a section incorporating Andrew's note, I guess if someone could move the page to a more appropriate space this issue can be closed
