I came across this by accident while looking at another issue, when you receive serialized inventory the new inventory item detail has 0 for atp and qoh.

This patch fixes the issue, but unless the service prepareInventoryReceipt is used elsewhere it could probably just be removed and it's code added to receiveInventoryProduct.
