ContentServicesComplex has two method  getAssocAndContentAndDataResourceMethod and getAssocAndContentAndDataResourceCacheMethod, these method are not consistent. Ideally both method should have to use same mechanism to fetch the data, only difference should be Cache method should have to use cache=true.
