Image Upload to a Data Resource in the Content app has some disconnected

When you try to upload an image in the content app at the moment, it acts like it does it, but does not seem to complete the process successfully.

When I checked the data in webtools, many portions of the entire transaction are written to the database, but I believe that the final one is not.  Let's fix this one up sometime shortly.
