Since we look to have a solution to OFBIZ-278 we need to change the relative paths to use component:// .  This is a minor priority since the relative paths will still work, but necessary so that the scripts can be used in other webapps.

relativePath2Component.patch

replaces all relative path form resource names with their component:// equivelant

Still remains:
a couple of scripts fill in this  value from a variable.

This one I think is right, but have less confidence in.  There's quite a bit of cleanup needed in the content and ecommerce forums stuff.  I'm pretty sure this addresses the ones that read the variable formDefFile  there are other places that I left unchanged that don't appear to ever read the variable even though it is set.
