here is the firt patch for the translation. it primarily add simplified chinese translation for geo country.

Hi Yinghui,

I think there is a n issue with your patch: in it there are a lot of labels from many of the application components (such as product etc...).
For this reason we cannot commit it, unless you create a new one that just contains the labels for the common component.
