Setting invoice header "description" and "message" fields in the order-to-invoice process

In the UI action that creates an invoice automatically (e.g. upon payment or setting against a billing account) it would be very useful to be able to input the invoice header "description" and "message" fields.
(After such action the invoice is in "Ready for Posting" status and the headers can not be modified - which is appropriate)

At present these fields can be set only when creating an invoice manually, as opposed as from an order.
