This patch adds a Tab for FixedAsset Children Tree. Also I created a menu in xml file for tab bar. If the code is not upto the required standards Please write your comments. This will help me in improving my work and reducing effort required for commiter.

in general, good addittion.

a few comments:
1. always generate from last version, had to add uilabels by hand.
2. always generated the diff from the ofbiz root.
3. if you replace a file delete the other in svn before creation of the diff.
