Adrian,
Thanks for your fast feedback. This time I going with Ofbiz Menu widgets. Important thing to look at in the Image I uploaded is the position of Menu items, I mean I brought some items from appbar (Top level) menu items to one level down. So now you get Links for Invoice, BillingAccounts etc after you have selected the Party you want to do accounts for.

Let me know what you think about this.

adding another level I am not in favor of because there are already many levels, look at the invoice....

That we need to select the company you are doing accounting for is however required.

Recently i changed the invoice creation process moving in the same direction.

Okay, this is my third attempt to comment today, so sorry for the delay (rather unpleasant laptop problems...).

I also don't really like this reorganization, but mainly because it implies something about the structure of the information that isn't true.

In other words, it's just as valid to want to see all customer FinAccounts across all organizations as it is to see all FinAccounts just for the customer in a single organization.

Divid,
If I understand you right there are certain Menu items that we need to have at top level and others can be moved to second level.

In this attempt of re-organization of menu items, FinAccounts, BillingAccounts, Agreements etc are still at top level. I am trying to move other like Invoice, Payments, Organization Chart Of Accounts, Create Ledger Entry etc to Party Accounts set of Screens.

I'll appreciate further comments on how to best reorg these menu items.

I would like to suggest to keep the current menu structure however to add a field "organizationPartyId" which will be shown with the relevant  menu items like invoices and payments. This field will be left empty by default, to allow all invoices and payments to be shown.

If this field is updated with an organizationParty Id, then only the invoices and payments of that organizationParty will be shown.
