Thanks Anil. This is in SVN rev 423515. I also removed the old BAI.ftl file as it doesn't appear to be used anywhere else. Please test this to make sure no obvious problems were introduced... it seems to be fine but I don't have any test data lying around for it.

I tested it, and it is working.

One thing though: I'd like to change your form so that amount applied is the amount applied to each invoice from this billing account, which would be possible after OFBIZ-93 is committed. I think this would be more informative--you can see how much of the billing account was used up in each invoice.
