A Shortcut to Listing Unpaid Invoices on a BillingAccount should be provided.  

If somebody can help me figure out few cosmetic things like, Link Name and Location, I'll do the coding and provide the patch.

By mistake I left the Priority to Major. It should be Minor, Sorry.
