When doing an export from the userlogin table to the browser i get the message:
Expression entityNames is undefined on line 100, column 18 in xmldsdump.ftl. The problematic instruction: ---------- ==> list entityNames as curEntityName [

This patch should fix the problem, note I didn't alter the formatting in xmldsdump.ftl as this would have made the patch very hard to read
