Hello,

All the services has been writtern regarding to the entities of Humanres component.
 I have wrote one file called HumanResPermissionServices.xml , It checks the permission of any user
 regarding CRUD operations.

 One file called HumanResSecurityData.xml is used for the required data of Humanres in SecurityPermission Entity.
   
The condition <permission-service service-name="humanResManagerPermission" main-action="CREATE"/> inside services.xml first calls
the service  "humanResManagerPermission"  of HumanResPermissionServices.xml which again in turn call the "genericBasePermissionCheck" service with primaryParameter ="HUMANRES"  and then it checks the permission of any user.

Please review the patch. If I commited a mistake then please tell me.

that if we have created one issue then we are working only on that issue
         for further improvement. So I am extreamally sorry for this. Now I
