Hey,
I have the requirement to offer my customer within the webshop the payment method cash, bank wired transfer. He can choose cash, when he pick the item up later (a few days after the order). But unfortunately after choosing "cash", the payment is set as received immediatly, but I have to set it manually when the customer comes to pick up, because it can be days after the order is set. Do anyone know if I selected the wrong payment method for this? please let me know. Greetings, Robert |
Try COD.

yes, I know that it works, but besides
"cash on pickup" i need COD as well :), so I cannot reuse the COD
for that :)

You need to find the line where payment is being set as PAYMENT_RECEIVED
for cash and comment out that line. Hi Robert,
why not use EXT_OFFLINE as a payment method? This is for offline handled payments, so you will have to manually set them to recieved. Should be exactly what you are looking for. And its a probably muchnicer way than commenting out things in core-code ;-) Cheers, Sebastian Sebastian Leitner Consultant AEW Lynx-Consulting GmbH Johanniskirchplatz 6 33615 Bielefeld Deutschland Fon: +49 521 5247-0 Fax: +49 521 5247-250 Mobil: +49 160 901 940 45 Company and Management Headquarters: Lynx-Consulting GmbH, Johanniskirchplatz 6, 33615 Bielefeld, Deutschland Fon: +49 521 5247-0, Fax: +49 521 5247-250, www.lynx.de Court Registration: Amtsgericht Bielefeld HRB 35946 Chief Executive Officer: Hans-Joachim Rosowski, Michael Seehrich Unser Lynx News-Service bietet Ihnen Wissenswertes aus der Beratungspraxis und liefert Ihnen Informationen zu unseren Veranstaltungen. I think at product store level you can have autoReceivePaymentForCash kind
of indicator and then using it in ShoppingCart.java where payment is being set received. From my perspective, wire transfers are not offline payments.

yes I thought so to, but I tried to use
the EFT method, cause i thought it is the nearest to wired
transfer, but the payment is set automaticaly as well, so I
thought its a kind of direct debit transaction...So to be safe I
choosed the offline payment. I think I have to check
