How do I create a new payment method?

I want your solution with adding steps to the pictures.

 How can I close the fiscal year and transfer the balances of the actual accounts to the new fiscal year?

Hi Waleed,

re: adding new payment method
Currently there is no other functionality in play in r16.11 than through
the WebTools component.
If you feel this is an issue that should be address by the community of the
project, I invite you to register a ticket in JIRA.

re: closing a period in accounting.
Closing an accounting period for a specific internal organisation can be
done via the TimePeriods function in the 'Setup'  section of the
'Organization GL Settings'  in accounting. See in demo-trunk: [1])

Yes, there is a problem when I create a new company I can not create new
payments because there are no payment method selection options available
from the drop-down menu to choose your form of payment.
So I want to know how to create payment methods when creating a new company.
"Thank you for your cooperation with me"

You need to configure the payment  methods that are right for your
organisation. Have a look at the OFBiz Business Setup Guide at
