Method to Change or Recover Password from Outlook PST File
Navigate to the File menu.
Click Account Settings, followed by Account Settings.
For Microsoft Outlook 2007, select Data File Management from the File menu.

Click the Outlook Data File (.pst) for which you wish to change the password on the Data Files page, and then click Settings.
Click the Change Password button. If you've selected an Offline Outlook Data File (.ost) file, you won't see this choice. The file extension is listed in the Data Files tab's Location column. An Offline Outlook Data File can not be password protected (.ost).
Enter the existing password in the Old password box in the Change Password dialogue box. If you don't have a password, leave this box empty.
Enter the new password in the New password and Verify password boxes. Passwords can be up to 15 characters long and are case sensitive.
To set the password, click OK.

How do I recover my old PST password?
If you forget your password
Select (Account Management) or (PlayStation Store) under (PlayStation Network) in the home menu.
Select [Forgot your password?] from the sign-in ID (e-mail address) and password screen.
Enter your sign-in ID (e-mail address) and birth date.

Regards,
Diana
